Refractal Design was established in 1992. Though our scientists and artists are located throughout North America, our central office and production facilities are located north of Boston, Massachusetts. Minutes from route 128, famous as a wellspring of technological achievements and eager start-ups, this area is known as "America's Technology Highway." Refractal Design is the brain child of Rick Becker; a former English literature teacher, theology student, industrial designer, and applied physicist.
