Memory writes are tracked as claims with provenance, confidence, and repair paths. That lets the system stay fast without making inaccurate writes expensive to unwind.

The voice path is optimized for low latency first, then fed back into structured memory so realtime conversation and durable knowledge do not have to be the same pipeline.
